Often, business owners find themselves hovering over their business, watching the minutiae with a careful eye.
They find themselves afraid to step back from the business and let it run more or less on its own. But in fact, this is precisely what they should be able to do.
Today, I talk about how a business is like a child.
So, I note that it goes through many stages that ultimately lead to its relative independence.
And, I note that running a business isn’t just handling problems as they come; it’s putting systems in place to handle those problems in the future so you don’t have to.
