How to Stop Procrastinating

We all relate to the experience of watching our to-do list grow longer and longer and feeling like we can’t do anything about it.

Today, I talk about how to overcome procrastination. 

In this episode, I note the importance of just doing it.

I talk about the need for a strong why, and I introduce the idea of adjusting your to-do list instead of trying and failing to adjust your behavior.

I share the three questions you should be asking yourself about the items on your to-do list, and I offer two book recommendations to help you conquer procrastination. 

Rather than trying to adjust our behavior to make us less inclined to procrastinate…what we should instead be doing is modifying the tasks on our to-do list to better suit our behavior.  – Matthew Kimberley
