One of the huge dangers of being a self-employed coach when it comes to marketing and sales is that so much depends on how you feel.
If you’re having an off day for whatever reason, great or small, or maybe you just don’t want to show up, it shows.

Today, I talk about some preemptive remedies for this problem. I note the value of systems, schedules, and the automation of repetitive tasks such as marketing and content delivery.
I talk about how repetitive orders don’t necessarily need to be given every time.
I talk about how to strike the balance between attempting to power through your slumps and indulging them too much by following the 51/49 rule, which states that you should show up more than you check out, even if only by one percent.
I also note the value of journaling in keeping a contextual perspective about things that seem like the end of the world.
