If you hang out with business professionals who never deliver on their word, you may develop that reputation by association. It's vital to be aware of how others can tarnish your reputation in a personality-based business.
In this episode, I share a cautionary tale from my boarding school days when I was selected for a drug test despite never doing drugs. I also share why I felt this was an unfair association for me but you can use this as a warning about the business company you keep.
I talk about the importance of knowing your company values and why personality-based businesses are so dependent on reputation.
