Crushing It Sucks

Do you really need to “crush it” at your business?  Isn't it okay to just grow and sustain your business? Aggressive language seems to be used more and more to try and convince everyone that they need to not just grow, but to dominate and get everyone into your program.

Well, what if people don’t want to grow, but just sustain? Everyone is interested in making an impact, but there are so many factors to consider, and maybe you’re just not interested in crushing it, which is perfectly fine!

In this episode, I share with you my thoughts on why I don’t think we need to “crush it.” I talk about prioritizing your motivation and knowing when to help people at specific points in their business.

I share ideas on how different types of people require different types of work and rewards. I also share with you how my motivations and goals have changed over time.
